Without a Sound

We sit at our table,
Side by side,
Observing the world around us.
Three tables away,
The preppy kids have gossip to spray.,
To our right,
The bad boys fight.
To our other side,
Our friends to which we bide.
And who could miss,
The cute couples who kiss?
I reach out of line,
To take your hand in mine.
You lay your head on my chest,
And feel my heart's beat leave its rest.
I bring my arm to you and around...
To say I love you without making a sound.
